You can find an overview of some of the community service projects I have had the pleasure of being a part of below.

Although versatile, I have a strong passion for empowering the youth, advocating for young girls and women to feel confident in their natural hair, and advocating for anti-bullying.
I have included a detailed synopsis of my core values that I hope strongly align with your project!

Capitol Hill
Bring Out the Dolls
Girls CAN Mentoring
In March 2022, I had the wonderful opportunity of traveling to Capitol Hill to lobby in front of the Congresspeople to pass The Crown Act on a federal level by sharing my own experience of discrimination.
Bring Out the Dolls was established in 2013 after my story of discrimination went viral on various news outlets. This charity event was founded by a group of women who not only wanted to raise awareness against bullying through this event by collecting dolls and donating them to children in shelters every Christmas but also wanted to use my story to let every little girl and boy know that they are beautiful the way they are. Throughout the years from 2013 up to 2023, the organization has made a mark in different cities and states, impacting more children annually and I am honored that I have been able to host this event for 10 years.
In 2023, I was chosen to become a mentor to girls in schools ranging from middle school to high school who are seeking someone to continue to help them achieve their career goals through words of encouragement, affirmation, and advice. It is extremely rewarding knowing that I am making an impact on the lives of my younger generation where I am seen as a role model who continues to pour into those looking up to me as a leader.
